Sadly, we lost the impressive Hanley Furniture (Mead Building, built 1901) to fire July, 2017. The application for historic status had been underway and plans to redevelop were well along. UEP has announced plans to build new construction on the site. The 40,000 square-foot mixed-used complex will offer 33 one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments and a rooftop deck on four floors as well as a restaurant on the ground floor.
